The Lord Razu respects the privacy of the people who listen, shop, join, watch, read, and otherwise interact with The Lord Razu online.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared across The Lord Razu digital ecosystem.
This policy applies to:
• thelordrazu.com and its public pages;
• The Lord Razu Member Archive and other member-only experiences hosted through Squarespace;
• The official The Lord Razu Shop powered by Shopify;
• orders fulfilled through Printful; and
• related online features, media players, forms, embedded content, and services connected to these sites.
Together, these are referred to in this policy as the “Services.”
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The information collected depends on how you interact with The Lord Razu.
Information You Provide
You may provide information when you:
• create a member account;
• purchase or enroll in a membership;
• place an order through the Shop;
• contact The Lord Razu;
• submit a form;
• subscribe to updates or communications;
• interact with customer support; or
• otherwise choose to provide information.
This may include your:
• name;
• email address;
• telephone number, when provided;
• account or login information;
• membership status;
• billing and shipping address;
• order information;
• products purchased;
• transaction status;
• messages or support requests; and
• other information you voluntarily submit.
Payment card information is processed by the payment provider associated with Squarespace, Shopify, or the applicable checkout service. The Lord Razu does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
2. MEMBER ARCHIVE AND SQUARESPACE
The main The Lord Razu website and Member Archive are operated using Squarespace.
If you create an account or become a member, Squarespace may process information necessary to:
• create and authenticate your account;
• maintain your login session;
• identify your membership or pricing plan;
• provide access to members-only pages;
• process membership transactions;
• maintain account security; and
• provide the website and related services.
The Lord Razu uses this information to operate the Member Archive, verify access, manage memberships, communicate with members, and provide member-only music, downloads, journal content, streams, or other benefits.
Membership information is not used to make public information about you unless you separately choose to make something public.
3. THE LORD RAZU SHOP AND SHOPIFY
The official The Lord Razu Shop is operated using Shopify.
When you browse the Shop, create a customer account, place an order, or interact with checkout, Shopify may process information such as:
• your name;
• contact information;
• shipping and billing information;
• device and browser information;
• IP address;
• cart activity;
• products viewed;
• products purchased;
• order history;
• payment and transaction information; and
• interactions with the Shop.
This information is used to operate the storefront, maintain your cart or account, process transactions, prevent fraud, provide customer service, manage orders, and improve the shopping experience.
Shopify may also process certain information under its own privacy practices and platform services.

4. PRINTFUL AND ORDER FULFILLMENT
Certain physical merchandise sold through The Lord Razu Shop is produced, packed, and/or shipped through Printful.
When an order requires Printful fulfillment, information necessary to complete that order may be transmitted from Shopify to Printful.
This may include:
• the recipient's name;
• shipping address;
• contact information where required;
• products ordered;
• product variants or sizes;
• quantities;
• order identifiers; and
• information necessary to produce and ship the merchandise.
Printful uses this information to manufacture, fulfill, ship, track, and provide support for the applicable order.
The Lord Razu does not provide Printful with information that is unrelated to fulfilling or supporting the applicable purchase.
5. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
When you visit the Services, certain technical information may be collected automatically.
Depending on the page and platform, this may include:
• IP address;
• browser type;
• device type;
• operating system;
• approximate geographic location;
• referring website;
• pages viewed;
• time spent on pages;
• interactions with site features;
• cart activity;
• login/session information; and
• cookie or similar technology identifiers.
Squarespace and Shopify use some of this information to operate their platforms, secure accounts and transactions, understand site performance, and provide analytics.
6. MUSIC, VIDEO, STREAMING, AND EMBEDDED CONTENT
The Lord Razu website includes music, video, streaming, social, and other interactive content.
Depending on the page, content may be delivered through or linked to services such as YouTube, SoundCloud, Twitch, Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, GitHub-hosted assets, social networks, or similar services.
When you load or interact with third-party content, that provider may receive technical information about your browser or device and may use its own cookies or similar technologies.
Those services process information according to their own privacy policies and settings.
The Lord Razu does not control the privacy practices of independent third-party platforms.
7. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
The Lord Razu may use information collected through the Services to:
• provide and maintain the website;
• deliver music and other digital content;
• create and maintain member accounts;
• manage memberships;
• provide members-only access;
• operate the Shop;
• process purchases;
• fulfill and ship orders;

• understand how visitors use the Services;
• improve website, membership, and shopping experiences;

We do not use membership or purchase information to publicly identify customers or members.
8. HOW INFORMATION MAY BE SHARED
The Lord Razu does not sell personal information for money.
Information may be shared with companies that are necessary to operate the Services, including:
• Squarespace, for website hosting, accounts, Member Archive functionality, site analytics, and membership services;
• Shopify, for ecommerce, customer accounts, checkout, transactions, store analytics, security, and customer privacy features;
• Printful, when necessary to manufacture or fulfill merchandise;
• payment processors used by Squarespace or Shopify;
• shipping carriers involved in delivering purchases;
• hosting, content-delivery, audio, video, or streaming providers;
• analytics and security providers;
• professional service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the business; and
• governmental or legal authorities when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, users, or the Services.
Depending on Shopify's current configuration, certain analytics, personalization, or advertising-related activity may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some privacy laws even when personal information is not sold for money.
Where applicable, available privacy and opt-out controls will be provided.
9. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
The Services use cookies and similar technologies.
Some cookies are necessary for features such as:
• account login;
• member authentication;
• site security;
• shopping carts;
• checkout;
• remembering preferences; and
• basic website functionality.
Other cookies may be used for analytics, performance measurement, embedded media, personalization, or marketing.
Squarespace and Shopify may place their own cookies when providing their respective services.
Third-party media providers may also use cookies when their content is loaded or used.

On the Shopify Shop, Shopify's Customer Privacy tools may also provide cookie preferences, data-sharing controls, and recognition of privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control in supported and configured regions.
Legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals do not have a consistent industry standard and may not produce a response across all parts of the Services.
10. SHOPIFY NETWORK AND ENHANCED SERVICES
Depending on the Shop's configuration, Shopify may provide enhanced services involving analytics, personalization, fraud prevention, advertising measurement, or Shopify Network Intelligence.
When these services are enabled, Shopify may process customer and device information according to its agreements with The Lord Razu, its Consumer Privacy Policy, and the privacy preferences available through Shopify.
Where applicable, users may be provided controls to limit data use for advertising, sale, sharing, or targeted advertising purposes.
11. DATA RETENTION
Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information.
For example:
• account information may be retained while an account or membership remains active and for a reasonable period afterward;
• order and transaction records may be retained as necessary for fulfillment, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations;
• customer-support communications may be retained while an issue is being handled and for reasonable business recordkeeping;
• analytics information may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form.
A deletion request may not require deletion of information that The Lord Razu is legally required or reasonably permitted to retain.
12. SECURITY
The Lord Razu uses reputable platforms and reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information handled through the Services.
Squarespace, Shopify, Printful, payment providers, and other service providers maintain their own security systems for information processed on their platforms.
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
13. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Some service providers used by The Lord Razu operate infrastructure, employees, fulfillment centers, or service providers in multiple countries.
As a result, information may be processed or transferred outside your state, province, or country of residence.
Where required, the applicable service provider is responsible for maintaining legally required safeguards for its processing and international transfers.
14. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have the right to request:
• access to personal information held about you;
• correction of inaccurate information;
• deletion of certain personal information;
• a copy or portability of certain information;
• withdrawal of consent;
• restriction of certain processing;
• information about categories of information collected or disclosed;
• an opt-out from certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information; or
• an appeal of certain decisions concerning a privacy request.
Submitting a privacy request will not result in discriminatory treatment.
Before completing certain requests, reasonable steps may be taken to verify your identity.
Privacy requests concerning information held directly by The Lord Razu can be submitted through the contact methods available on thelordrazu.com.
Requests concerning information independently controlled by Squarespace, Shopify, Printful, or another third-party platform may also need to be submitted directly to that provider.
15. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY
The Lord Razu is based in California and operates its online presence with California visitors in mind.
California residents may have privacy rights under applicable California law.
The Lord Razu does not sell personal information in exchange for money.
If a use of data through Shopify or another service is legally considered a sale, sharing of personal information, or targeted advertising, applicable privacy controls and opt-out rights will be honored where required.
The Shopify Shop may provide a dedicated privacy-choice or data-sharing opt-out mechanism when required by the Shop's privacy configuration.
16. CHILDREN
The Services are not designed or directed specifically toward children under 13.
The Lord Razu does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.
If information is discovered to have been collected from a child in a manner prohibited by applicable law, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.
17. EXTERNAL LINKS
The Services contain links to websites and platforms operated by other organizations.
Leaving The Lord Razu website or Shop to visit another service means that service's privacy policy and practices apply.
The Lord Razu is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of independent third-party websites.
18. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
The Lord Razu may update this Privacy Policy when the Services, platforms, vendors, legal requirements, or data practices change.
When the policy is materially updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be changed.
The current version of this policy will remain accessible through The Lord Razu website and Shop.
